Fix editor and saving problems

Fix a project that will not open or save by checking Trash, the save indicator, uploads and your account access.

If a project does not open or your changes are not saving:

  1. Check your connection and account access. Instant videos open in the viewer rather than the full editor.
  2. Check whether the project is in Trash. Restore it from the dashboard before editing.
  3. In the editor, check the save indicator. If a warning says changes have not saved, keep the tab open and follow its instructions.
  4. If media is still uploading or preparing, wait for it to finish.

If the issue remains, contact support with the project title and the message shown.
