# Manage your account settings

> Update your profile name and picture, and find where to change preferences, notifications, viewer settings and billing.

Open **Settings** in the web app to manage your profile, recording and sharing preferences, viewer, notifications, imports and billing. The settings available to you can depend on your account.

Use **Notifications** to manage activity and product email preferences. See [Manage email notifications](https://screenity.io/help/account-settings/manage-notifications). For view metrics, see [View video analytics and notifications](https://screenity.io/help/web-sharing/video-insights). Use **Import** to upload multiple videos or import from Loom. ## Update your profile

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Profile**.
2. Change your display name and select **Update**, or upload or remove your profile picture.

The email shown on this page is read-only. Contact support if you need help with your account email. Profile pictures can be PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB.

## Set preferences

In **Preferences**, choose defaults for recording, transcription and search indexing. Some preferences, such as the default recorder, are saved in the current browser. ## Customize your viewer

Open **Settings** → **Viewer** to change call-to-action defaults and page options for new videos. See [Customize the share page](https://screenity.io/help/web-sharing/viewer-settings). You can also change viewer settings for an individual video from its **Share** dialog.
